Receptionist/Dispatcher - Tampa - $17/hr! in Tampa, FL at Vaco

Job Description

Vaco is currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Dispatcher for a fantastic client in Tampa. This role will pay between $16-17/hr and is a contract to hire opportunity! The hours for this position are Mon - Fri 8 AM - 5 PM and candidates must be able to commit to these hours in the office. The ideal candidate must be able to handle a fast-paced constantly moving environment!

Requirements:

• Answer phones and greet visitors
• Be familiar and comfortable working in a ticketing dispatch system
• Transfer calls to appropriate department/ take messages
• Order supplies for the office
• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail: USPS, FedEx, UPS
• General administrative duties
• Assist new employees with paperwork

• Be proficient with Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be familiar with CRM
• Have excellent attendance and work ethic
