Job Description

Vaco is seeking the perfect candidate to fill a Receptionist and Social Media Specialist role. This is a full-time position for an energized and fresh marketer. This person will work with management to maintain marketing efforts and will include social media management (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, website updates, email blasts, and more). This person will also act as the office receptionist and will perform admisitratie duties such as call screening, client support, data entry, shipping, office organization, filing and much more.

Experience and Skills Needed:

  • Knowledge of Google and all its applications (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Forms, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Social Media Management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, YouTube, Hootsuite)
  • Strong organizational skills, experience with multi-phone system a plus

Job Requirements:

  • College degree preferred in communications, English, marketing, public relations, or related field, but not required
  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in an office environment
  • Poise and professionalism in working with company team members, customers, candidates and more
  • Ability to work independently and promote creative autonomy
