We are currently looking to fill a full-time internal recruiting role in our Shelton, CT office. Ideally we are seeking an experienced recruiter with 2+ years of proven recruiting/sales experience, who are willing to roll up their sleeves and grow with an amazing company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and secures new and existing client relationships via phone, email, in‐person meetings, and other methods
  • Markets services to fulfill human capital needs for contract, contract‐to‐hire, and direct‐hire position within administrative support, accounting, marketing, HR, and more
  • Sources, interviews, and recruits qualified talent to fulfill job orders
  • Achieves established sales and performance goals
  • Consults hiring managers in the selection process
  • Manages open job orders from intake to fulfillment
  • Collaborates with teammates to fill open positions and cross‐sell other lines of business
  • Markets candidates for open positions and to win new business
  • Other duties as assigned
