Vaco Staffing is looking for a dynamic recruiter to join the Vaco Family. Vaco Staffing provides hiring solutions for clerical accounting, administrative, management, sales, and various other professional positions on a contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire basis.

As a Recruiter you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and managing candidates and consultants for the Vaco's Staffing division. This position works with one or more Business Development Managers to fulfill open job orders while managing candidates and consultants throughout the hiring process.

  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Review and understand job requirements.
  • Reviews, reformats and presents resumes meeting client expectations.
  • Develop strategies designed to qualify candidates through various tools or network.
  • Meet with candidates in person, phone/video conference to assess qualifications.


  • You hold a BA/BS and have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of recruiting experience.
