Job Description

  • Engage in multiple talent sourcing options for identified open job requisitions, including identifying both active and passive candidates, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., cold calling, job boards, advertising, database and internet searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking and referrals). Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners to track ongoing talent pool for potential future open positions.
  • Manage and administer disposition of candidates and requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop and execute talent sourcing strategies that yield consistent and strong results
  • Conduct intake meetings collaboratively with field HR Business Partners and hiring managers
  • Craft comprehensive search strategies, ensuring a sound understanding of job responsibilities, requirements and talent gaps
  • Develop knowledge of the company and culture, in order to help candidates fully comprehend and embrace potential career opportunities within the Company

Job Requirements

Experience recruiting/sourcing experience required; preferably in a fast pace high volume environment In-house recruiting, a plus •Applicant Tracking System experience required Social media recruitment experience preferred (i.e. LinkedIn) Strong collaboration skills and an outstanding team member Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills required Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and frequent interruptions Strong PC skills, primarily Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
