As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the clients' hiring needs.

Other Recruiting Coordinator responsibilities include:

  • High-volume sourcing and screening of candidates
  • Consulting with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
  • Maintaining a complete record of interviews and new hires
  • Coordinating the schedules of recruiters and candidates, and maintaining an organized calendar

Job Requirements
