Job Description

Vaco has been engaged by a mid-sized, Birmingham-based real estate and development company to identify a Recruiting Coordinator. The incumbent will report to the VP of Human Resources and will be responsible for assisting with payroll, time & attendance, recruiting and other human resource functions. Our client has experienced double-digit growth in recent years and has aggressive plans for expansion. The Recruiting Coordinator will have the opportunity to grow alongside the company as well as develop and implement new human resources strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all recruiting activities at the corporate level
  • Prepare and present monthly payroll reporting to executives
  • Administer open enrollment for employee benefits and assist with entering payroll

Requirements:

  • All applicants must have 2+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Have a passion for human resource as well as have an understanding of applicable laws and regulations
  • Ability to work in a team setting
