Job Description

Provide a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. This position will required an understanding of processes for candidate management, benefits, relocation policy, government regulation compliance, company policy administration, and other related activities in order to provide support to Recruiting team and company associates. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain contact with potential applicants by answering incoming calls; assist applicants with and reviews applications for completeness
  • Ensures that candidate interview notes, reference check notes, evaluations and materials are completed and appropriately filed away
  • Prepares offer letters, relocation forms, new hire packets and other recruiting correspondence as directed by the recruiting team
  • Follows new hires through the onboarding process
  • Helps create candidate interview guides, intake forms, evaluation tools and other recruiting tools
  • Represents the Company at job fairs and other recruiting events
  • Provide administrative support to the Recruiting and HR team

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of coordinator/administrative experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook (heavy scheduling) work, excel, powerpoint

Qualifications Desired:

  • Previous Human Resource or Recruiting experience a huge plus
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft software
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment
  • Must be able to deal with highly confidential material
