Job Description

Seeking Recruiting Coordinator for client in the Phoenix area.

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of successful recruiting experience in fast paced, high volume, full-cycle recruiting environment
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft (MS) Office (i.e., MS Word, MS Outlook, etc.) and the Internet
  • Exhibits sound judgment and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential situations and information
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment; demonstrate keen attention to detail and task-related accuracy; as well as consistent follow-through skills are essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and basic editing
  • Ability to multi-task in an effective, timely and professional manner, where customer satisfaction is the goal
  • Team-oriented operating style with effective interpersonal skills that allow successful business interactions with individuals of all leadership styles, personalities, and career levels (e.g. sales, accounting, logistics, warehouses)

We would prefer if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Previous experience staffing for warehouse, call center and office support employees
  • Previous experience utilizing the Predictive Index tool
  • Previous experience utilizing UltiPro Applicant Tracking System
  • Basic understanding of employment law as it relates to recruitment and hiring practices.
