Job Description

The Remarketing Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Remarketing Product Team in the delivery of products to the market. Responsible to drive transparency through communication across the business stakeholders for all products and programs - e.g. roadmap. Planning and management of all non-technical tasks necessary to promote product from idea intake through deployment and release to market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and execute communication cadence to foster transparency with business stakeholders. Must be prepared to be the conduit between multiple groups to ensure open, honest, and equally understood communication.
  • Collaborate with Product Management Team to solidify products goals and initiatives maximizing value delivery and ultimately coordination of the development and communication of the product roadmap to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT PMO and Project Management team to coordinate release content and release schedule.
  • Conduit between the Product Delivery and Product Strategy teams, supporting both for overall Product Delivery.
  • Create program governance artifacts for reviews and ensure adherence to all Compliance, Legal, Risk guidelines and procedures.
  • Planning, management, and completion of non-technical tasks and initiatives in support of the products go to market strategy.
  • Proactively identify and manage product risks and issues. Ensure proper visibility and communication to stakeholders.
  • Support Product Management Team with general tasks and activities assisting with removing roadblocks as necessary.


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or marketing related degrees.
  • Advanced knowledge of automotive; vehicle remarketing preferred.
  • Skilled in all aspects of project management processes as it relates to Product development and rollout, including 3+ years' experience using common tools (e.g. JIRA, Aha!, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
  • Experience with agile product development frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), business case analysis, market condition, and customer base analysis; experience using data and metrics to validate assumptions and assertions of business value.
  • Experience with development of product strategy and roadmap planning with strong strategic thinking, planning, and product management skills.
  • Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly quantitative, analytical, and business minded professional that can quickly learn new domains / products.
  • Display strong collaboration, communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills.
  • Strong business operations knowledge and comprehension of the Finances value chain and market conditions strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivery management resulting in high customer satisfaction, with the ability to establish and maintain appropriate relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment requiring a high degree of productivity, adaptability, innovation and follow-through.
