Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Coaching Services Manager, Head of Coach Development, Director of Coaching, and 100+ domestic and international coaches.
  • Monitor and manage coaching department email inboxes. Respond to email inquiries from coaches, sales and clients; forwarding messages to the appropriate party when necessary.
  • Provide weekly notifications and update Facebook group with upcoming meeting details.
  • Take attendance and monitor weekly Zoom meetings (mute/unmute attendees when needed)
  • Distribute monthly payroll and commission statements to international coaches.
  • Complete coaching contract update requests from coaches.
  • Manage coaching transfer requests and update contracts with appropriate status.
  • Other duties or special projects to be assigned by Head of Coach Development.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have at least 3 years' experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Traits, attributes, skills: coachable, resourceful, assertive, honest, quality follow-up, attention to detail, outstanding verbal and written communication
  • The ability to work from home (reliable internet connection required)
  • Self-driven and assertive
  • Above average computer skills
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Previous experience using Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus, but not required.
  • A demonstrated ability to effectively work individually and as a team with other members of the Coaching team and various departments within the company to achieve individual, departmental and company goals.
