DATA ENTRY CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
6 Month Contract Position, w/Chance to Extend

LOCATION
: ***Hires are required to drive twice to Jeffersonville, Indiana to get Set-Up and Fill out Paperwork***, Rest of the Time Work From Home

DAY-TO-DAY:
You will be Responding to Customer Inquiries and Answering Questions and Concerns. Please Note: This is a highly-classified Government Project (More Details on the Project will be Provided During Training)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • ***Hires are required to drive twice to the JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA LOCATION to get Set-Up and fill out paperwork but for the rest of the 6+ month duration of the contract position, it is 100% Remote and work can be done from home!!!***
  • 1+ Year of Customer Service Experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a Huge Plus but not a Hard Requirement
  • Demonstrates Excellent Written & Verbal Communications Skills
  • Ability to Transparently Document & Transcribe relevant Customer/Client Confidential Information
  • Microsoft Office - Computer Skills, Keyboarding
  • Displays a substantial Sense of Urgency
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette
  • Ability To Listen to, Respond to, & Retain Customer/Client Information
  • Desire to Receive Information and Help Others Resolve Problems, Displays Empathy & Compassion

PAY: Pay Rate is dependent on the County that you LIVE in, this will be discussed in call (serious inquiries only)
