DATA ENTRY CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE6 Month Contract Position, w/Chance to Extend
LOCATION: ***Hires are required to drive twice to the Hot Springs, AR Location to get Set-Up and Fill out Paperwork***, Rest of the Time Work From Home
PAY: Pay Rate is dependent on the County that you LIVE in, this will be discussed in call (serious inquiries only)_
DAY-TO-DAY:
You will be Responding to Customer Inquiries and Answering Questions and Concerns. Please Note: This is a highly-classified Government Project (More Details on the Project will be Provided During Training)
REQUIREMENTS:
***Hires are required to drive twice to the JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA LOCATION to get Set-Up and fill out paperwork but for the rest of the 6+ month duration of the contract position, it is 100% Remote and work can be done from home!!!***
- 1+ Year of Customer Service Experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a Huge Plus but not a Hard Requirement
- Demonstrates Excellent Written & Verbal Communications Skills
- Ability to Transparently Document & Transcribe relevant Customer/Client Confidential Information
- Microsoft Office - Computer Skills, Keyboarding
- Displays a substantial Sense of Urgency
- Excellent Phone Etiquette
- Ability To Listen to, Respond to, & Retain Customer/Client Information
- Desire to Receive Information and Help Others Resolve Problems, Displays Empathy & Compassion
