As a Sales Support Administrator, you will contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.

Additional responsibilities of the Sales Support Administrator include:

  • Train Customer Service team on annual release of CMS guidelines and regular updates
  • Work with Director of Customer Experience to problem solve, develop skills and new processess that improve overall productivity
  • Knowledgeable of all industry and regulatory changes and implications they pose to Medicare beneficiaries
  • Participate in Medicare collateral material development with marketing and compliance teams

Job Requirements

Requirements of the Sales Admin role include: • Associates degree in business administration, communications, marketing or related field. • Ideally 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in the sales & marketing. • Medicare, Medicaid Managed Care or Commercial Health Insurance experience is preferred. • Execute effective use of CRM system. • Proficient in in Microsoft Suite (i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Able to work independently and within a team environment. • Excellent interpersonal skills with high level of professionalism. • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Effective listening and critical thinking skills. • Ability to develop, prioritize and accomplish goals.
