Job Description

Our client, located in Woodbridge, NJ is adding a Sales Executive to the team.

The qualified candidate will have the opportunity to work remote.

In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Assess customer needs, and conduct market research to identify opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Prepare, present and clarify quotations and all related sale documentation to customers as well as initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective clients at executive levels
  • Prepare, present and maintain Territory, Account, Call and Close Plans in support of ongoing opportunity reviews while demonstrating and maintaining a understanding of the market and functional business activity
  • Travel to customer sites to conduct sales activities and analyze, understand customer insights and market trends; adapt, communicate and evolve strategies based on these changes
  • Establish clear meeting agendas and provide client background and call plans to internal resources in advance
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, shows or conferences

Requirements for the position include:

  • Minimum of 5 years related experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience in a related role.
  • Proven success of surpassing quota
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication and analytical skills
  • Self-starter with excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • History of establishing business relationships with individuals from various corporate executives.
  • Comfortable speaking before an audience of up to 50 people
  • Proficient with MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Salesforce software experience also preferred
