Responsibilities
- Track long term sales data and makes sure goals and objectives are aligned
- Develop KPI's to steer metrics for the sales team
- Meet weekly with upper management to go through analytics
- Follow ethical practices with consumer and customer data
- Enhance sales productivity by evaluating performance
- Monitor and assist with customer retention
- Help with misc. accounting processes
- Work with other teams to develop best practices and implement new company objectives
Qualifications for Sales Operations Manager
- 2-4 years in a sales operation's role
- Strong communication skills
- Self starter qualities
- CRM system expert - salesforce or other
- Project management skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to problem solve, work well in groups, and multi-task
