Job Description

Our client is looking for a Sales Representative in Memphis, TN. You will be responsible for increasing team efficiency by giving support both operationally and administratively. Ability to work with the Sales Team in a variety of areas, including Expediting, Customer Service, pick up/deliver samples, and procure quotes from Vendors.

Requirements:

  • Work 50 hours per week.
  • Attend weekly Sales meetings
  • Must have a clear understanding of processes and people
  • Must be a detailed planner, strong analytical skills, and have problem solving abilities
  • Must enjoy working with all kinds of people and solving problems with the team
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Computer skills; Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel, and the Internet

Primary Duties:

  • Assist in the Areas of Operations/Sales
  • Deliver pallet samples to customers and potential customers
  • Deliver pallet banking checks to Vendors when needed
  • Input information into Salesforce and management
  • Quotes
  • Intro Letters
  • Putting Sales packets together
  • Customer Service

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a deadline sensitive environment
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
