Job Description


The role of the Sales Representative Direct to Consumer is the featured sales position. This position will report to the Team Leader of Sales. This position is essential to setting the tone for high quality sales to customers and contributing to an employee oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, accountability, quality, and productivity.

The ideal candidate should work well independently, have good work/business ethics, be able to multi-task and have strong closing skills. Our direct to consumer model requires the ideal candidate to possess quick problem solving skills and the ability to sell in short sales cycles.
This is a base + commission position without a draw and a first month commission guarantee. Our top performers earn an average of $2,500 plus in commission every month!
This position is 100% inbound sales - no outbound sales or cold calling!
The hours for this position are 11:00am - 8:00 pm, Monday- Friday. One out of every 4th Saturday is required to work the hours of 9 a.m. - 5:00 pm. During the week a Saturday is scheduled, you receive a half day off.

Requirements -
* 1 to 2 years of previous sales experience (retail, inside sales, or logistics)
* Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent time management and problem solving skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
* Must be willing to work at hands-on, detailed level when needed.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
