Job Description

Vaco Orlando is looking for an Office Sales Support Staff for our internal business development and sales teams. Must be successful in a very fast paced environment, have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, must have job consistency/tenure, excellent writing skills, college degree, some marketing experienced preferred. Responsibilities include: provide best-in-class customer service, support multiple people, human resources/payroll processes, compose correspondence, greeting guests, answering phones, assisting consultant's time reporting and manage high volume data entry.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills, as this person will be dealing with clients and consultants on a daily basis, strong organization and time management abilities.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years Administrative Assistant experience, Human Resource Support/HR Coordinator/HR Admin experience.
  • Must have job consistency.
  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook Calendaring.
  • Ability to work as a team player as well as independently and under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Extremely detail oriented. Must be able to manage HIGH VOLUMES of paperwork, digital file maintenance, data entry, contract and document creation.
  • Must maintain a sense of flexibility in an ever changing, deadline driven environment.
  • Customer service experience.
  • A team player who is professional.
