Our client is growing! Dynamic company located in Fishers is looking to hire a Sales Support Representative to add to their team!

Position Summary:

Assists the sales effort by the efficient handling and processing of all customer proposals and orders within established time frames. Maintains a positive attitude and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities for other work team members.

Job Functions include but not limited to:

  • Enters all proposals and orders
  • Distributes purchase orders to vendors
  • Sends orders to vendor/manufacturers
  • Checks vendor/manufacturers acknowledgments
  • Works closely with Project Managers, and sales representatives to ensure order entry accuracy.
  • Backs-up front desk for breaks, lunch and/or vacation based on monthly schedule.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Good planning and organizational skills to work in a fast paced environment. Must be customer-focused and maintain excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to handle pressure, multi-task, and work extended hours in order to meet altered timelines. Knowledge of Microsoft Office; specifically Word, and Outlook. Ability to learn additional software programs that may be required by the company and/or its manufacturers.
