Job Description

Our client is looking for a 2-3 year Salesforce Administrator and offering a great opportunity to get involved at an early stage and develop with in a great organization.

In this role you will maintain and improve the system through working closely with the CRM Team and the End User, reviewing day-to-day queries, along with understanding business requirements. The role also involves support of Sales, Service and Community Clouds and must taking responsibility for training new users on the system, creating documentation and testing. Administration of the system will be a major part of the role but development of the overall system is something that we aim to achieve. This means that there will also be opportunities to get exposure to large scale enhancement projects. Last but not least you will be help with reporting and key management information outputs to support the day-to-day running and long-term planning of the business.

Experience:

  • Salesforce Administrator ADM201 certification
  • 3 years Sales Cloud experience
  • 3 years Service Cloud experience
