Location: North Dallas, TX (Near the Galleria Mall)

Position Type: 3-6M C2H

Hourly / Salary: to $110K conversion


Vaco Technology is currently seeking a Salesforce BA / Admin with Lead Acquisition Experience (MUST HAVE) for a 3-6M C2H opportunity located in North Dallas, TX (Near the Galleria Mall). The Salesforce BA / Admin will assist in supporting a migration to a common Global CRM Platform. The Salesforce BA / Admin will be the product owner for a recently completed migration to Salesforce Lightening. The Salesforce BA / Admin should have experience working on other migrations to Salesforce from other platforms.

  • Administer / Support Salesforce Sales - Managing Multiple User-Setups / Profiles / Roles / Customization of Objects / Fields / Record Types / Page Layouts / Validation Rules, etc.
  • Manage / Maintain Existing API Connections
  • Work with End-Users to Create / Manage Complex Workflow Rules / Data Validation / Triggers / Visualforce Pages to Meet Business Use Cases
  • Manage Data Quality / Migration using DataLoader / DemandTools, etc.
  • Develop / Maintain Reports / Dashboards / Workflows / Sharing Rules within Salesforce to Improve Visibility to Activities Pipeline / Forecast - Including Reporting / Dashboards for Senior Leadership
  • Technically Support Application Users
  • Lead Change Management Efforts / Implement Better Practices and Process Improvements
  • Develop Training Materials / Deliver Training to New / Existing Users - Functionality / Develop Self-Service Solutions Guides / FAQs, etc.
  • Perform Weekly Data Backups / Maintain Backup of Site Configuration using Sandbox Refresh
  • Build / Test / Migrate Configurations from Sandbox to Production
  • Serve as SME on Salesforce Platform / Demonstrate Deep Understanding of Business / Technical Dependencies of the Cross-Functional Solutions
  • Maintain / Create Project Documentation - Including Systems Documentation / Business Process Documentation / Project Plans / Training Materials
  • Support / Administer / Maintain Salesforce Objects - Including All Salesforce Standard / Company Defined Custom Objects / User Account Records, etc.


  • Salesforce BA / Administrator (3+ years) w/ Lead Acquisition Experience (MUST HAVE)
  • Building Sales / Business Processes Independently as a Project Leader
  • Data / Systems Analysis - Review Multiple Systems Integration and/or Data Feeds
  • Sales Process Experience - Building Out Sales Pipelines
  • Leading Change Management / Ensure User Adoption
  • Salesforce Process Owner - Best Practices / Systems Support / Long-Term Strategy
