Location: Dallas, TX

We are looking for a strong, self-motivated individual who is an experienced Salesforce Administrator/ Business Analyst, and has worked on other migrations to Salesforce from other platforms. This team member will create strong partnerships with Sales and other Marketing personnel to deliver on his/her goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Daily administration and support Salesforce Sales including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validation rules.
  • Manage and maintain existing API connections.
  • Work with end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, triggers, and Visualforce pages that meet business use cases.
  • Manage data quality and migration using Dataloader and DemandTools.
  • Drive user adoption & best practices to further the long-term success of the system.
  • Develop & maintain all reports, dashboards, workflows & sharing rules within Salesforce.com to improve visibility to activities pipeline & forecast. This includes reporting and dashboards for senior company leadership.
  • Provide application users with technical support.
  • Lead change management efforts to implement better practices, new processes and improvements in overall performance.
  • Develop training materials and deliver trainings to new and existing users on how to use functionality, and develop self-service solutions guides and FAQs.
  • Perform weekly data backups, maintain backup of site configuration using sandbox refresh, and build, test, and migrate configurations from sandbox to production.
  • Serves as the technical expert on the Salesforce platform and demonstrates a deep understanding of the business and technical dependencies of the cross-functional solutions.
  • Maintains and creates project documentation including but not limited to system documentation, business process documentation, project plans and training materials.
  • Supports, administrates and maintains Salesforce objects including all Salesforce Standard, company defined Custom Objects and User account records

Experience Required

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst
  • Experience building out sales and business processes independently as a project leader
  • Strong data and systems analysis experience reviewing multiple system integration and/or data feeds
  • Experience with sales processes - building out a sales pipeline, etc.
  • Experience in leading change management and understanding the importance of ensuring user adoption
  • Acting as Salesforce process owner - best practices, system support, long term strategy
  • Bachelor's degree - Information Technology or Business Administration preferred
  • Fluency in English- both spoken and written
