Vaco Technology is currently looking for a Salesforce.com Administrator for a local Dallas-based client, that will be the primary POC for the SFDC platform. Applicants must present prior experience working with Lead Acquisition, working directly with Marketing departments and sales organizations. Job Title: Salesforce.com Administrator

Job Responsibilities & Summary:

The Salesforce Admin will be the product owner for a recently completed migration to Salesforce Lightening, supporting a global operation. The Salesforce Admin should have experience supporting large enterprise-level organizations, working closely with marketing & sales departments to focus on Lead Acquisition.

Required Skills and experience:

  • 3-5 + years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst working in enterprise-level organizations
  • Prior experience working with Marketing and Sales Departments focusing on Lead Acquisition (MUST HAVE)
  • Experience building out sales and business processes
  • Experience training end users and business users on Salesforce.com platform processes and functionality
  • Prior experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, a major plus, including email, mobile, social, digital ads, web management and analytics.
  • Strong data and systems analysis experience reviewing multiple system integration and/or data feeds
  • Experience with sales processes | building out sales pipelines
  • Acting as Salesforce platform, process owner - best practices / system support / strategy
