Responsible for the architectural design, development, and deployment of Salesforce, Oracle Netsuite and other cost effective and sustainable technical and enterprise application solutions to meet business requirements. Translates business requirements using complex methods/models to determine appropriate system solutions. Researches, identifies, tests, certifies, and selects technology products required for solution delivery. Establishes and implements technology migration strategies for applications or architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of all technical aspects of a Salesforce.com and Oracle Netsuite program: data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development

• Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement

• Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Salesforce.com related technology efforts

• Assess Salesforce.com architecture and provide secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform

• Design technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems

• Responsible for full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of various functional architecture solutions

• Works closely with clients and demonstrates individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber

• Applies project management expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies.

• Facilitates issue resolutions between team members in a manner that keeps everyone productive and highly motivated

• Develops and manages project control efforts: project plan, work breakdown structure, meeting calendars (e.g., Steering committee), change control, commination plan, risk management

• Conceptualizing, presenting, and executing ideas within a tight schedule, with particular emphasis on serving as a technical lead on development projects, or a team lead or architect across multiple software development projects or workstreams

• Builds on existing investments in Force.com, service-oriented architecture, and web solutions, while leveraging concepts, architectures, and technologies

• Collaborates with other technical and non-technical team members, clients, and vendors in technology neutral language to define, build, and deliver solutions

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 + years of development experience on the Salesforce platform

• Minimum 5 + years' experience leading Enterprise Salesforce implementation with over 300 users with integration with enterprise applications like Oracle, Sap etc.

• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ. Implementation of CPQ is a big plus

• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce

• Demonstrates successful implementation of Batch Apex and/or Schedule Apex development.

• Experience with various ERP functional solutions architectures with an emphasis on NetSuite a big +

• Demonstrated ability to deliver full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation for various functional architecture solutions

• Experienced identifying, developing, and implementing techniques to improve engagement productivity (e.g., increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings)

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with great attention to detail

• Experience with all aspects of system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation support

• Knowledge of integration points and the order in which these must be executed

• Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development

• Proven extensive ability to develop strategy, write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently to a variety of audiences, including clients and internal teams

• Demonstrates extensive abilities as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation

Required Experience

• Strong technical foundation: advanced structured programming (APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java), relational database concepts and structures, structured system analysis and design methods, etc.

• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ. Implementation of CPQ is a big plus

• Certified Salesforce.com Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant

• Certified Salesforce Developer and Advanced Developer desired
