Salesforce Developer (Full-Time)


The Revenue team is the driving force and we are looking for a developer to help us build world-class Salesforce architecture for our sales and revenue operations teams. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with our sales operations on development, implementation, and support for our Salesforce instance and related tools. The right person will be passionate about driving our sales team's productivity and results and has experience developing and building world-class scalable applications.


  • Hands on development for key systems (Salesforce, Lightning, Einstein, .NET, AngularJS, Javascript, HTML, CSS)
  • Understand core sales and revenue processes and develop tooling roadmap to drive continuous improvement in efficiency
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Handle multiple conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Work with team to respond quickly to user requests
  • Work cross-functionally to maintain and continuously improve our integrations with different systems (incl. core Weedmaps platform, financial systems, marketing tools, and future implementations)
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and tools


  • BA / BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience in Salesforce development (including Lightning, Einstein)
  • Salesforce Certified Developer
  • Experience with .NET, AngularJS, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Financial Force (preferred)
  • Comfort with, and ability to operate at an aggressive, accelerated, iterative pace in a dynamic environment
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
