**This role currently is a contract role but can be converted to a full-time direct hire opportunity based off performance! **

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user training to business stakeholders as a Salesforce Super User/Jr Admin
• Reporting
• Data extraction/mining
• Dashboard creation/merging
• Ad-hoc solutions as required
• Answer any questions and solve issues related to Salesforce
• Escalate quality assurance/quality control tickets as needed and work with senior Salesforce resources to resolve complicated issues

Qualification:

• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce logic
• Experience creating custom dashboards/merging existing dashboards within Salesforce
• Experience with end user training
• Reporting/Data Management within Salesforce
• Effective communicator
• Team Player
• Be willing to go on-site to their New Orleans office
