Job Description

Vaco has a full time opportunity for a Salesforce Trainer for our client based in Houston. Open to candidates anywhere in the US, aslong as you are open to travel 75% of the time.

The primary responsibilities of the Corporate Trainer include researching, developing and training employees to maximize their efficiency and performance. The trainer will provide education to newly hired employees and enhance education to current employees to keep everyone up-to-date on changes in business applications.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide training to all sles associates on company business processes and applications via online web-based training and live on-site training.
  • Provide consultative services to internal associates and act as a liaison with other corporate departments to deliver needed training.
  • Identify training needs and training gaps in the organization in close cooperation with the Training Manager, business leadership and subject matter experts.
  • Provides input to the Training Strategy and the development of learning content.
  • Plan, create and execute training modules using a blended learning solution with adaptability to adult learning styles.
  • Evaluate the quality of training courses and implement improvements.
  • Work with training manager to schedule training programs for sales associates.
  • Work with eLearning Developer on content of training modules.
  • Document unique business processes by office and/or job role.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties, as requested.


  • 3 to 5 years experience as a professional trainer.
  • 2 to 5 years conducting Salesforce training focusing on sales processes and related system functions
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time to all offices nationwide and internationally.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage trainees in discussions during educational sessions.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Understanding of learning styles for effective delivery of training.
  • Strong knowledge of training processes and procedures.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent reading comprehension skills as well as the ability to be an active listener.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Commercial real estate experience a plus.
