Job Description



Principal Responsibilities/Essential Functions

n Manage reminders daily

n Assign follow up events for the appropriate time frame based on the type of order

n Review orders pending to ensure all orders are handled appropriately and timely from other locations

n Email order owners if order is halted

n Contact patient to set up product delivery or offer cash price

n Collect patient responsibility payment from the patient

n Set PSR daily driving route within the scheduling process

n Determine specific product to be dispensed based on physician preference

n Set appropriate alerts based on next action to be taken

n Attend and participate in department meetings

n Perform all other duties assigned

Consistently reports to work every day when scheduled. Arrives to work on time. Works until end of scheduled shift or as directed by supervisor. Leaves and returns from breaks promptly and on time. Uses sick leave or other time off only as appropriate. Exhibits a willingness to work overtime and fill in on unscheduled shifts.
