Job Description

A highly respected and growing company in Scottsdale is looking for an SEC reporting manager to prepare financial statements, reports, and SEC filings to support its continued growth.

Salary: $100K - $120K


  • Prepare quarterly and year-end financial statements, including MD&A
  • Prepare required SEC filing statements (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
  • Prepare various reports for internal use by senior management, as well as shareholders


  • CPA
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in public accounting and SEC reporting
  • Comfortable with technical accounting research and writing
  • Able to stay current on FASB / SEC regulations and educate senior management, audit committee, etc. on changes
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
  • Manage yearly audit and quarterly review procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
