Job Description

Our Non-Profit Client is looking for an Accounting Manager-Financial Reporting Manager candidate to join a great team. This job will use a variety of skill sets including GAAP, Financial Reporting, Budget Analysis, Account Reconciliations, Month-end and Quarter End Reporting to senior management

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in Business Administration- (Preferably Accounting)
  • 3+ Years of Non-Profit Experience
  • Ability to "wear a lot of hats in accounting"
  • Minimum of 5+Years Financial Reporting.
  • Mentor Staff and Senior Accountants
  • Knowledge of Advanced Knowledge of Excel and ERP Accounting Systems
  • Prepare Spreadsheets, Complete Budget Revisions, Monitor Grants and donation pledges.
  • Ability to Communicate Clearly and Effectively with key contributors and senior managers
