Senior Accountant in Marina del Rey at Vaco

Job Description

Vaco is seeking a Senior Accountant for an immediate long-term contract opportunity with a large, global company in the e-commerce/online subscription industry. There is a possibility this could develop into a permanent role.

What you need for this role:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 3-7 years hands-on accounting experience with strong GL
• Big 4 experience is a plus; blend of public/private desired
• CPA preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Great Plains experience desired, other large EPR system OK

Responsibilities:

• Month end closing, journal entries, reconciliations
• Intercompany eliminations and reconciliations
• Assist with cash flow reporting
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements
