As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will compile data, compute fees and charges, and prepare invoices for billing purposes.

Additional responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk include:

  • Coding of Invoices
  • Verifying/posting invoices
  • Processing A/P checks
  • Reconciling expense report/petty cash
  • Initiating bank wire and ACH
  • Researching and resolving vendor invoice and payment issues
  • Ensuring vendor compliance with W9's, up to date insurance certificate and signed vendor agreements
  • Filing and distributing mortgage statement
  • Reconciling bank account
  • Filing of A/P and other accounting documentation
  • Assisting with year-end 1099 issuance and filing with IRS

Requirements:

  • Property management industry a plus
  • High volume data entry experience required
  • Full-cycle AP
