Qualified candidates must have:

- At least three years administrative support experience
- Preferred JD Edwards experience or some accounting processing experience
- Must know Intermediate Excel

- Event planning, manage vendor contracts and office supplies
- Expert in MS Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel and PP

- Be able to multi-task, meet deadlines and extremely organized

- Manage all expense reports, run status reports and manage filing system
