Job Description

Senior Analyst Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on business planning with the CFO and delivers analyzed, and consolidated financial data with recommendation for growth.
  • Apply creative problem-solving skills to business questions; Deliver analytically rigorous insights and reporting to support investment direction and prioritization.
  • Design and build operational and financial models to deliver insights and business data to key business leadership
  • Own the core company financial model and other key FP&A models
  • Support business decisions, with strong analysis of historical data and projected results based on assessment of trends. Structure and extract data to support models.
  • Clearly communicate and own or support relationships with 3rd party support to include tax, financial reporting, legal, acquisition diligence.
  • Monitor and analyze trends of key operational and financial performance indicators.
  • Prepare presentations to leadership team and Board of Directors
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology/systems to automate manual reporting and compilation processes

Senior Analyst Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from top tier school with extensive quantitative coursework in economics, finance, and accounting
  • 3+ years in investment banking, consulting, private equity or corporate finance
  • Excellent financial/business modeling skills. Demonstrated ability to create, navigate and explain financial concepts and integration into financial statements.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and/or similar systems skills.
