Key Job Responsibilities

  • Process new employee benefit enrollments, existing employee changes and employee benefit terminations
  • Leave administration and administration of 401k plan
  • Vendor Communication/Negotiations
  • Review cost estimates/projections and relevant statistical analyses regarding evolvement of benefits programs
  • Customer service support to internal and external customers
  • Communicate benefits provisions of benefits packages (orientations, packets, renewal meetings, etc.)
  • Such other responsibilities and projects that may be assigned and ad hoc reporting

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 4 years' benefits administration experience
  • Interact with all levels within the organization
  • Knowledge/understanding of ACA and Fed/State regulations
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Independent and Collaborative Team Player
