Currently, we are seeking a full-time Salesforce Business Systems Analyst focused for an excellent career growth opportunity on behalf of our client.

The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst is responsible for driving the implementation and management of systems, data, and processes, including day to day support of applications. You will also ensure the quality and delivery of user acceptance testing. This role is essential in ensuring the long-term quality and scalability of processes and systems by maintaining appropriate governance practice and limiting unwarranted changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate within the Business Systems team including system administrators, developers, and any third-party contractors to manage, maintain, upgrade, and deploy all internal business applications
  • Maintain user access policies and ensure security protocols are followed for all internal applications
  • Provide high-quality problem-solving support, advice, and guidance to internal customers while maintaining appropriate process and system governance
  • Ensure that technical reports, status reports, KPI metrics, and instruction manuals are of the highest quality and up-to-date
  • Identify, communicate, scope, design, approve and implement business system changes and process improvements
  • Oversee the upgrade cycle for all internal business applications
  • Drive world class change management practices to ensure rapid deployment of changes with no disruption to the business

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or other technical degree. Non-technical degrees with commensurate experience will be considered
  • 2+ years of experience in application support and application administration
  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce
  • Experience managing ERP, CRM, or other business system deployments
  • Ability to develop business-specific solutions using workflow, customization, and reporting tools
  • Analytical skills, ability to 'think outside the box' and move concepts to implementation
  • Advanced skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to diverse business and technical audience
  • Experience in NetSuite or OpenAir preferred
  • Experience working in a global company desirable
  • Business process knowledge OR a strong interest
