Senior Cost Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting an accurate monthly, quarterly and annual close process as it pertains to the cost accounting function.
• Perform monthly and quarterly financial analysis over gross margin as compared to prior periods and budget.
• Works with the business to monitor on-going cycle counts, ensuring accuracy of inventory counts, supporting documentation and review of results and adjustments
• Serves as a subject matter expert for inventory in ERP system and ensures team is properly trained.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in progressive cost accounting role with manufacturing experience.
• Experience working for a public company and internal controls.
• Public Accounting experience - Big 4 preference
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to interact with all levels of personnel including senior and executive management
• Experienced with NetSuite
