Senior Finance Manager
Fort Worth, TX

Quickly growing company in the Construction industry is looking to onboard a Senior Finance Manager.

Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and data mining, along with the desire to work in a fast-paced, growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage forecasting process, including revenue, expense and cash flow forecasts
  • Maintain 13-week cash flow model
  • Analyze financial performance, on individual job level up to monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Perform variance analysis on individual jobs, to ensure lessons learned
  • Manage annual budget process
  • Assist in decision support for performance initiatives
  • Assist in process optimization for financial, procurement and operating processes
  • Assist in managing relationships with lenders and other stakeholders
  • Ensure best practices in treasury management, including timely communication
  • Manage Credit, Collections and Accounts Receivable processes
  • Coordinate with leadership and Accounts Payable team on timely and accurate payment of payables
  • Assist in management of capital allocation process
  • Assist in preparation and review of financial materials

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of relevant financial experience
  • Construction experience is a plus
  • Systems experience, including financial modeling and budgeting software packages
  • Significant excel skills
  • Staff management experience, with preference for multi-location management teams
  • Finance or related degree
  • Ability to hire, train and mentor teams
