  • Prepare reporting packages and presentations that include financial statements, comprehensive KPI reporting, operational dashboard reporting, analysis of key business trends, actual versus budget, trends, analysis, etc.
  • Proactively identifies profit improvement and/or cost reduction opportunities; e.g. product/service/contract margin, cost analysis, etc.
  • Develops formal and ad hoc reports that are required by division management in running the business.
  • Provides timely and efficient communication with internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of work quality and efficiency.
  • Execute responsibilities in a manner consistent with company vision, mission and values.
  • Drives efficient and effective business processes and on-going automation and process improvements.
  • Conducts analyses and develops insights that improve the quality of decision making within the businesses management team.


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related ideal coupled with an MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis/management with at least 3 years with a business unit over $50M in operating expenses.
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Create and monitor operational metrics.
  • Advanced Excel experience with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Access with a solid understanding of financial databases systems such as Essbase, Hyperion, Clarity and Oracle
  • Advanced analytical and spreadsheet skills with the ability to work with large of amounts of data from multiple systems, develop ad hoc reporting and analysis using Pivots and Lookup formulas,
  • Respond appropriately and be able to prioritize information requests from various internal customers.
  • Ability to plan, organize and execute tasks in an efficient and dependable manner according to business need.
