If you are a Senior Financial Analyst with 3+ years of experience in FP&A who is looking to make a mark with an exciting company in the real estate industry, your dream job may be a few clicks away. This growing real estate company in Los Angeles is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to its small team of finance and accounting professionals.

What you need for this Senior Financial Analyst role:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related degree
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced knowledge in Excel (index match function, pivot tables, v/h-lookups, concatenate, etc.)

What you will be doing in this Senior Financial Analyst role:

• Compile and analyze business reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
• Heavy data validation
• Conduct Budget & Cash Flow analysis
• Provide quarterly IRR analysis statements
• Provide quarterly market statistics and follow up
• Provide monthly sales tax filing and analysis
• Generate complete financial models to support strategic projects and transactions
• Assist with Investor Reporting on a quarterly basis
• Assist with financing and disposition transactions
• Perform other ad-hoc/special projects and duties
