Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and maintaining the sales information in the CPM tool (Adaptive Insights)
  • Assisting the Director of FP&A in the administration of the CPM tool (Adaptive Insights)
  • Preparing all daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for senior leadership
  • Calculating sales incentive compensation for all businesses
  • Partnering with sales and marketing teams to provide financial support with insights and accountable recommendations
  • Supporting month-end close activities including sales incentive compensation estimates, reconciliation of sales data to the general ledger and variance analysis ensuring they are completed timely and accurately
  • Preparing the monthly revenue results reporting package for management
  • Participate and assist the Director of FP&A with the annual budget process

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of financial analysis experience, including variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and strong analytical and data gathering skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, including written and oral
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal direction and the ability to work well with all levels of management
  • Ability to streamline functions and have a passion to learn and grow
