As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will provide strategic analysis to senior management. You will also be responsible for the forecasting and budget-setting process as well as performing financial analysis and modeling.

Financial Analyst responsibilities:

The Senior Associate - Financial Planning & Analysis will work with the Director of Financial Planning to drive and measure the Company's financial performance. The Senior Associate will gain broad-based exposure across FP&A, capital markets and healthcare real estate. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Support the Company's monthly forecast process, including preparing inputs and drivers for the Corporate Model, performing actual vs forecast variance analyses, and preparing monthly reports for senior management
* Prepare deliverables for the quarterly earnings call, including Board of Director presentations, CFO earnings call prep and CFO Q&A
* Assist in preparation of the Company's Annual Operating and 3-Year plans
* Prepare and maintain various financial models for internal budgets and forecasts
* Perform accretion/dilution analyses for real estate and capital market transactions
* Liaison with other functional teams such as investments, asset management, accounting, treasury and tax departments to gather and analyze forecast assumptions
* Perform various ad-hoc projects and financial analysis as needed

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Math or related field
* 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, real estate finance, banking, REIT or other relevant FP&A fields (direct experience considered in lieu of overall business experience)
* Prefer experience at publicly-traded company
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail and quality
* Firm understanding of key accounting and corporate finance principles
