Job Description

Are you looking for a new opportunity to utilize your creativity? Do you have experience in website management, design, social media and/or publications? If so, this may be an opportunity for you!

We are working with a real estate company that has an opening for a Senior Graphic Designer. This is a contract to hire. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple clients and brokers as an in-house agency. To be successful you need to be extremely creative, analytic and motivated, and be able to make tight deadlines. Qualified candidates must have a strong familiarity with graphic design principals, basic business knowledge and skills, and be able to collaborate within a team environment, and present professionally either in person or on the phone.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit content using the company's templates for marketing materials and presentations; this includes proposals, case studies, leasing flyers, signage, qualifications booklets, email blasts, invitations, announcement graphics, research reports, maps, etc.
  • Creatively design sales and promotional aids for infographics, presentations and proposals
  • Design advertisements for corporate and property use
  • Organize with brokerage on any rebranding for property initiatives
  • Prepare and design mass distributions for marketing emails marketing emails and custom invitations
  • Responsible for proofreading the spelling, grammar and layout, along with making appropriate changes to deliver high standard of quality
  • Become familiar of the team's specialty to add creative contributions to enhance their marketing materials
  • Partner on special projects ad hoc
  • Help with implementing changes with the brokerage teams in a timely manner to meet deadlines
  • Support the preparation and coordination of client and broker events
  • Provide essential support to the company
  • Help maintain and update the company's website
  • Responsible for social media efforts on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Research teams

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in design, graphics, marketing or the creative arts, preferred
  • Previous Experience: 3+ years of relevant design experience
  • Experience skills with drone and Photography is a plus
  • Commercial Real Estate Experience Preferred
  • Strong Knowledge with Adobe CS6 (Photoshop, Illustrator, Some Dreamweaver, Acrobat Professional), Mac OS X and Windows XP Operating Systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HTML and JavaScript and Constant Contact
