Job Details:

  • Manage the recruiting process to include attracting, sourcing, screening, interview logistics and the offer process
  • Familiar with and proven ability to recruit high-level roles to include Physicians, Specialists and various other positions on a nation-wide scale
  • Developing and building relationships with networks and schools to recruit top talent
  • Sales-minded, able to recruit and sell the organization to prospects, while presenting the company strongly
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies
  • Act as the company SME an any matters regarding recruiting and talent acquisition - working closely with hiring managers to address complex staffing issues through market and industry knowledge
  • Attend networking events to build contacts and source new talent
  • Build and maintain business partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders by scheduling routine meetings, discussing and evaluating recruiting strategy, and providing weekly updates
  • Various other duties as assigned and identified

Position Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience, minimum in a high-volume recruiting space
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Proficient in ATS systems, MS office suite and other internet and technology-based software for recruiting solutions
  • Effective communicator and comfortable presenting information to groups or managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Travel as needed (potentially up to 10 times per year based on health and safety recommendations for the times)
