Responsibilities:

  • Ensures complete and accurate lease calculations.
  • Prepares reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and financial reporting information, including capital lease assets, lease liabilities, and investigates/resolves variances on a timely basis.
  • Ensures proper and complete documentation for all lease accounting processes.
  • Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly analyses.
  • Prepare, analyze and report variances against budget and forecast.
  • Month end close activities including journal entry preparation and posting, reconciliations and financial statement preparation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 3 years of public accounting and/or corporate accounting experience.
  • Lease accounting knowledge desired.
