Job Description


  • Previous experience working with Executive Committee at a multi-unit hospitality organization - restaurants, retail, rooms, and banquets & catering operations
  • 5+ years experience in finance, accounting and taxes, CPA highly preferred
  • 3+ years experience as a Manager or Director of Finance at a multi-unit hospitality organization
  • Knowledge of hotel PMS and POS systems


  • Oversee and manage all accounting functions such as asset protection, financial reporting, budget and forecasting
  • Create financial statements such as P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, etc. applying to US GAAP
  • Directly supervise accounting, purchasing, stores, F&B cost control, credit control and cashiering
  • Ensure that all financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and other information required by the company are accurate and submitted
  • Develop financial models required for decision making
  • Establish controls and procedures to prevent losses and improve efficiency
