Job Description

Vaco is seeking a Senior Manager of Pricing and Business Intelligence for a great client located in Atlanta. The individual in this position is responsible for delivering actionable insights derived from measuring marketing investment effectiveness and business performance analysis for the client's residential business. Pay is $120-$130k (depending upon experience) with a 10% bonus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data trends and recommend solutions for creating more revenue and/or reducing costs
  • Lead the development of pricing strategies and execution plans
  • Lead the development and execution of pricing tests and pilots, along with relevant analysis to track and report results
  • Manage the process of data science and the visualization of data focused towards identifying opportunities to improve business performance
  • Lead strategy and execution of pricing initiatives to improve sales conversion, revenue, and/or profitability
  • Work closely with operations and cross functional teams to develop and implement new pricing tests, service offering pilots, and other pricing programs
  • Monitor and publish sales and starts forecast for the brand and distribute goals to team with observations and insights
  • Continuously measure and report on pricing performance
  • Direct residential pricing analysis using relevant data to support decisions
  • Review and approve rate card change requests from field prior to implementation
  • Work with IT to define requirements for price increase tool enhancements and testing
  • Oversee process of establishing offers for marketing campaigns, performing any necessary analysis pre and post as well as setting up and managing discount codes in system
  • Collaborate with service line team to establish optimum pricing for new or revised services and products
  • Lead development and implementation of Residential PC and Termite price increase strategies.
  • Analyze results and make annual recommendations seeking to optimize the profitability of price increase
  • Perform deep analysis on residential performance as needed to investigate issues or derive insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Partner with call center leadership to implement and/or trial any new offers or product offerings
  • Create, analyze, and report out on local marketing investment performance weekly
  • Monitor and measure performance, HomeSuite iPad applications, and other marketing tools utilized to convert prospects into consumers
  • Build strong relationships with existing and new vendors that aid in achieving our residential and termite strategic goals
  • Maintain data integrity across all measured data sets
  • Manage, develop, and coach direct report(s)


  • MBA with marketing emphasis or equivalent work experience
  • Min 7-10 years of marketing experience and/or the following:
    • Experience with data analysis
    • Experience with business intelligence
    • Experience with pricing
