Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of financial reports or portions of financial reports on assigned basis of accounting or audience (GAAP, SAP, management)
  • Responsible for complex transactions, reconciliations and account maintenance
  • Research and interpret U.S. GAAP on technical accounting issues and have an up to date knowledge of accounting standard updates
  • Prepare and review journal entries and transactions, bank reconciliations, and month-end close procedures
  • Coordinate and reconcile balance sheet accounts including but not limited to intangible assets, debt, fixed assets and prepaid assets
  • Prepare and facilitate information between locations and to management as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors' Degree in Accounting
  • 2+ years in corporate accounting and/or audit within public accounting
  • CPA preferred
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and working with large amounts of data
  • Ability to examine processes, policies, and problems and offer solutions
  • Desire to learn and grow with a dynamic team
