Do you have experience in Payroll and are you seeking a new environment in which you can thrive and work among amazing employees? One of our top clients is seeking a Senior Payroll Coordinator to join their team and become an integral part of their company!

Basic responsibilities will include the following:

  • Perform full cycle payroll processing and all associated tasks as required
  • Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and implement those process improvements during new system implementation
  • Critically review and analyze current payroll, benefits and tax procedures in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operations
  • Develop payroll reports
  • Actively participate on system implementation project

  • Must Haves:

  • Experience within various payroll systems
  • Understanding of tax compliance
  • Previous multi-state payroll experience required
  • Previous 401k experience required
  • Project management experience required
  • Familiar with a variety of payroll concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Knowledge of multi-state, multi-jurisdiction, reciprocity, etc.
  • Experience within UltiPro a plus
